Having tried all the salons in Beckenham, I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my highlights… I was a little apprehensive at first as the costs were a little higher than others on the high street, but you get what you pay for. The staff are always flexible to accommodate me (even if I call), the atmosphere is sophisticated and friendly, the customer service is impeccable, the salon is always clean and tidy, and they have a really great ‘loyalty’ scheme, the which means a huge discount after a certain number of visits. This is a salon I will continue to visit even if I move somewhere else…try it, you will be a customer for life!
Phoebe has been coloring my hair for a while now and it’s excellent, I’ve already dyed a balayage and I’m always happy with it. The overall service is fantastic and I love being able to call at short notice and they always fit me in!
