Baccarat Hotel New York Bar

Baccarat Hotel New York Bar – In one sentence: Hotel Baccarat is inspiring. It encourages you to dress well, eat well, and live well. I don’t have enough good things to say about the wonderful experience I had when I stayed at this new luxury hotel in Manhattan last week, but I thought I’d start with the fact that I had the best face of my life there. I was a little hesitant about getting a facial, after all I had one just two weeks ago, but I heard reviews about Spa de La Mer and I have to tell you, it was the best decision. The best I have done all week. You must try their Face La Mer Miracle Soup! I nervously adjusted my shirt when I was told the game would be 90 minutes, but it was the fastest 90 minutes of my life because every second felt like a slice of heaven. All I have to say is a book and you’ll thank me later.

Well, that’s enough about face care because I could write a 10 page article about it. I could also write a 10-page article about the hotel, but I will write about the essentials that I love: the champagne button on the phone! I mean. . . seriously! ? I completely melted into bed. I’m picky when it comes to beds and pillows, and this fits my dreams, so big! Excellent site! Located across the street from MOMA, surrounded by shops and walking distance to Central Park. All non-alcoholic drinks in the minibar are

Tonight, Baccarat Hotel’s first two restaurants, as well as the hotel itself, are open downtown. Those restaurants, as well as Chevalier’s upcoming full-service restaurant, are helmed by former Cru and Cuisine Ciano Shea Gallante and former maitre d’oeuvre of French classic La Grenouille, Charles Masson. Downstairs is the chandelier bar which serves premium cocktails and light meals prepared by Chef Gallante. Snacks range from a basic charcuterie board (with house-made pâté) to smoked beef and duck cubes, lobster rolls with caviar and mini potato buns. Cocktails, meanwhile, include classics like Side Car and French 75, both $22 each, as well as premium cocktails like La Vie en Rose (gin, Noilly Prat, green chartreuse, fino sherry and orange bitters). $24 each. The bar also has an outdoor patio which should be warm enough during the day.

At the same time, the Grand Salon was opened today on the second floor of the hotel. The restaurant, also decorated with crystal chandeliers, offers breakfast and afternoon tea, as well as Gallante small plates (probably the same as those offered at the bar) and cocktails in the evening. Here’s an interesting fact about the cocktails: They, along with all other hotel drinks, will be served from the hotel’s 15,000-piece Baccarat crystalware collection.

Just off Fifth Avenue, across the street from the Museum of Modern Art, adjacent to Christie’s auction house, and along a long black marble corridor, you’ll find the most. A beautiful museum in Manhattan, One of the most beautiful bars, not only one of the best bars in New York, it is one of the best bars on the planet.

What makes a baccarat bar so great? For one thing, it is located inside the only Baccarat Hotel in the world. Baccarat has retail stores in cities around the world, but only one Baccarat hotel opened in Manhattan in 2015. The five-star hotel also includes apartments in a 50-story building with a 55-foot-long swimming pool and the first spa. of La Mer in the United States.

Next, let’s look at what this 253-year-old company first became famous for: crystals. Sparkling Baccarat crystals are found throughout the bar and hotel. In the Art Deco black and white tiled bar room, three crystal chandeliers hang from the ceiling. The largest chandelier, estimated to be worth $1 million, has rare red glass and is a feast for the eyes. At each glass table in the bar, you will find Baccarat crystal tones sparkling in the afternoon or evening light. The whole place was bathed in beautiful light.

Behind the beautiful 60-foot long bar, we find Baccarat glasses in all their glory. However, these are never just for show; Most of the drinks in the bar are served in Baccarat crystal – you can really feel the difference when you hold these glasses in your hand. They are heavier and when the light hits them just right, they sparkle like diamonds. This is the result of true craftsmanship; if you want to appreciate the process of making one glass of Baccarat, consider one flute of champagne. Each piece takes around 40 hours to create, and the level of perfection could not be higher. If there was even the slightest flaw in the glass, Baccarat would have thrown away the unfinished product rather than make its trademark at the bottom.

There is clearly a sense of honor here, bordering on obsession. The bar employs several full-time glass workers to maintain its creme. Each server wore white gloves and carefully dried each piece of crystal glass to make sure it was clean and free of chips or scratches. After all, perfection takes hard work, and few bars have set the bar like Baccarat. When you’re at a baccarat bar, it’s easy to forget you’re in New York. In fact, it’s easy to imagine yourself drinking in a beautiful, upscale Right Bank Bar near Place Vendôme or Rue Rivoli.

The dark red walls of the bar are decorated with unique pictures, pictures and playful black and white pictures, which gives the bar its own character. The result is that the bar has a modern and contemporary feel, like the beautiful fashion designers of Paris.

As for the drinks, well, in the special crystal cups, the drinks are quite unusual. They are absolutely phenomenal! Baccarat Bar crafts some of the most innovative and luxurious cocktails in the city, with much of that creativity to be found in the hotel’s food and beverage manager, Matthieu Yamoum.

Yamoum grew up in the Champagne region of France (where else?) and expresses all that is good in the understated elegance of the Baccarat Bar. Just like the rest of the staff, Yamoum provides impeccable service without pretense. He knows how to be a world-class host, anticipate your needs, and make the bar feel like home.

The day my wife and I visited Baccarat Bar, Yamum had the best possible experience. We each received a complimentary glass of Rémy Martin Louis XIII Cognac ($205 for 1 ounce), served in fancy cream bags. Using a sommelier normally used to extract wine from a barrel, Yamoum carefully poured an ounce of Louis XIII Cognac into tall Baccarat crystal glasses in a manner befitting this elegant spirit.

Baccarat has a deep connection with the history of Remy Martin. In fact, four generations of Rémy Martin’s cellar masters spent more than 100 years making Louis XIII Cognac and aged it in oak barrels for a century. The cognac is then put into a custom-made crystal to enhance the incredible color and quality of the drink. The care and attention is evident. The cognac is incredibly smooth and light on its side, without the slightest bit of bite or burn when sipping – it flows effortlessly like a breeze.

Usually, if I’m selling to a couple – because it’s unique – I’ll serve an ounce and a half per person so they can have the experience.

Yamoum found that some people couldn’t afford to pay $205 for a drink. So he would sometimes give two ounces of drink in two different cups so they could enjoy their drink. “Usually, if I’m selling a couple — because it’s something special — I’ll do an ounce,
