Dragon Tiger Grouper – Remember the cute dragon tiger grouper we got from MySeafoodMart.com? It was so fresh that we decided to cook there.
We picked lemongrass from our garden, sliced it thinly and put it in the stomach with fresh fennel and fennel leaves. I also sprinkled the top layer with plenty of sea salt so I could scrape them off when the fish were done. Then put the fish in the oven and cook – easy peasy. While the fish was cooking, I dipped it in a simple soy sauce/garlic sauce.

The fish was moist and mushy and we loved the wonderful lemongrass flavor. This works with any whole fish – just adjust the cooking time based on the size of the fish.

1. Heat the oven to 200 ° C (roasting mode). Line a cookie sheet with foil, then brush with a thin layer of butter.
2. Put the fish on a plate and fill the stomach area with lemon and fennel / fennel. Drizzle more oil over the fish, then cover with a layer of sea salt. When the fish is ready, you can scrape off the sea salt.
3. Bake in the preheated oven for 28-30 minutes or until a skewer inserted in the thickest part is completely inserted.
4. Serve with soy sauce / garlic sauce. For dipping, fry garlic in oil for 2 minutes until lightly golden. Place the oil and garlic in a small bowl, then add the soy sauce. Mix well.
