Arjun Tendulkar, son of former star batsman Sachin Tendulkar, finally made his debut in the Indian Premier League (IPL) on Sunday. Playing for Mumbai Indians (MI) vs Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) at the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai.
The 23-year-old left-arm fast bowler was picked for the first time in the Mumbai Indians playing XI. Even before his IPL debut, Arjun became the talk of the town and fans were eagerly waiting to see him play on the field. He is an all-rounder, a left-arm medium-fast bowler and a lower-order left-arm batsman.
Mumbai Indians signed Arjun Tendulkar at his base price of Rs 20 lakh in IPL 2022. The franchise retained him at his base price of Rs 30 lakh in the IPL 2023 auction in December last year.
The 23-year-old is not involved in any romantic relationship. However, there were reports that he is rumored to be dating English cricketer Danielle Nicole Wyatt. The two were seen together in London last year. However, the duo did not acknowledge the rumours.

He started his cricket career in Mumbai but later moved to Goa for more regular playing. He took 12 wickets in seven Ranji Trophy matches while playing for them. Arjun made his U19 debut for India against Sri Lanka in 2018. The 23-year-old made his T20 debut on 15 January 2021 for Mumbai in the Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy 2020-21 against Haryana.

Arjun was ruled out of the 2021 IPL season during the second half of the UAE tournament due to injury. During the entire season, he did not play a single game. Arjun was also included in the inaugural Ranji Trophy squad in Mumbai last December.
